Nel cuore dei Colli Euganei, il progetto di recupero di un fabbricato al grezzo ha dato vita ad una moderna abitazione per una giovane famiglia, dove ogni angolo riflette l’equilibrio tra funzionalità e la bellezza della natura circostante. La ristrutturazione ha previsto la completa ridistribuzione degli spazi, con l’obiettivo di creare un ambiente spazioso e luminoso, che sfruttasse al massimo l’orientamento della casa e le potenzialità della struttura portante esistente. Nella zona giorno, pensata per accogliere la famiglia in un’atmosfera calda e conviviale, sono state aperte nuove ampie vetrate che si aprono su una vista panoramica mozzafiato e che inondano le stanze di luce naturale. La demolizione delle partizioni esistenti ha permesso di creare un ambiente fluido e in connessione con la natura.
Ogni scelta progettuale è stata guidata dalla volontà di creare uno spazio che fosse al contempo funzionale e in sintonia con il paesaggio, per offrire un luogo dove la famiglia possa crescere e vivere in serenità, immersa nella bellezza naturale dei Colli Euganei, uno spazio che cresce con la famiglia, che respira con la natura e che celebra la serenità dei Colli Euganei.
In the heart of the Euganean Hills, the project to renovate a rough building has given life to a modern home for a young family, where every corner reflects the balance between functionality and the beauty of the surrounding nature. The renovation involved the complete redistribution of the spaces, with the aim of creating a spacious and bright environment, which makes the most of the orientation of the house and the potential of the existing load-bearing structure. In the living area, designed to welcome the family in a warm and convivial atmosphere, new large windows have been opened onto a breathtaking panoramic view and flood the rooms with natural light. The demolition of the existing partitions has made it possible to create a fluid environment in connection with nature.
Every design choice was guided by the desire to create a space that was both functional and in harmony with the landscape, to offer a place where the family can grow and live in serenity, immersed in the natural beauty of the Euganean Hills, a space that grows with the family, that breathes with nature and that celebrates the serenity of the Euganean Hills.
